Tasting Note:
Deep ruby with a lovely ripe nose of plums, briar, carob and chocolate, this elegant “Super-Venetian” Cabernet/Merlot/Oseleta blend boasts ripe tannins and balanced structure.
Vinification Note:
The grapes are harvested by hand from the hillside vineyards in the Veronese area. This is a fresh grape wine, and drying is not part of the vinification process. The Cabernet is fermented and aged in barriques whereas larger barrels are used for the other varieties.
