Tasting Note:
Resembling a star bright pint of IPA with notes of mahogany and old oak with some flashes of pure gold
Classic amontillado sherry, (from the original sherry butt) with notes of burnt sugar and crème caramel, crushed blue berry smoothie from the Nero D’Avola cask, some hints of heather blossom
Palate is loaded with thick Italian espresso and high grade dark chocolate, dried fruits-prunes, currants and apricots, full flavour of nut brittle, some notes of Nutella and treacle with superb integration of the fine oak tannins, a really long and stylish finish, the perfect after dinner malt to savour.
