Vinification Note:
From vineyards at an altitude of between 70-130 metres above sea level with an South to South Eastern exposure on sandy/albarese soils. The vines are trained on a spurred cordon system at a density of 6,600 plants per hectare. A hand harvest is carried out at the beginning of September and a low (15°C) temperature fermentation is carried out in stainless steel following a pre-fermentation maceration of around 2 hours. The wine is matured on lees in used barriques for four months and bottled in February for a March release.
