Food Matching Note:
This delicate and fruity wine makes a good match to fish, shellfish, pasta and rice dishes. Also goes down well by itelf.
Tasting Note:
Deep raspberry pink with in colour the aromas are intensely fruity and floral with notes of red fruit and violet. On the palate, the rosé is dry, elegant and fruity with perfectly balanced acidity.
Vinification Note:
Once grapes have reached optimum maturity, they are harvested, destemmed and after a short period of cold maceration, the must is bled off. After a natural fining period of 24 hours the must is fermented at 16ºC in order to retain all the flavours and aromas of the grapes.
