  1. 2006 Chablis, Vieilles Vignes Domaine de Vauroux

Selected from the domain's oldest vines this Chablis is deep lemon yellow with a wonderfully developed nose of stewed apples and cream. The wine also has a creamy texture on the palate which is underscored by a typical minerally acidity, and a long clean finish.

  2. NV Prosecco Brut, Argeo, Ruggeri

A classic elegant Prosecco with tiny bubbles (the hall mark of quality) and a fresh green apple nose and palate, with a long, crisp finish.

  3. 2009 Meursault Les Narvaux, Domaine Jobard-Morey

Intense ripe apricot fragrance followed by orangey citrus flavours over a creamy texture. Generous release of flavours on the finish.

  4. 2009 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.

  5. 2011 Chablis, Domaine Pico-Race

    2011 Chablis, Domaine Pico-Race

    (6x75cl)

Excellent Chardonnay bouquet showing subtlety and breed together with a firm underlying richness. The wine is well balanced and has an intricate combination of fruit and acidity. This is classic Chablis of an unusually high quality.

  6. 2010 Chablis 1er Cru Montmain, Domaine Louis Michel

Bright white gold in colour with a pronounced, vibrant nose showing citrus and floral aromas with hints of brioche. The palate is full of mineral flavours alongside zippy citrus and green apple characteristics. The finish is elegant and very fine.

  7. 1996 Cuvée des Enchanteleurs, Henriot

A mature Champagne that will develop even more. Shows toast, coffee, roasted cashew and vanilla pastry notes that are displayed on an elegant profile, with a fine mousse, a firm spine and a clean, crisp, smoky finish. Drinking now - 2015.

  8. NV Valdese Prosecco Brut, Terre di Sant'Alberto

A classic Prosecco with a fine mousse and a fresh green pear character. Soft and pillowy on the palate with a lingering finish.

  9. 2011 Deidesheimer Mäushöhle, von Buhl

Pale lemon yellow with piercing mineral aromas and crisp, ripe fruit on the nose. It is pure on the palate, with no oak and refreshing minerality; it manages to be mouthfilling without a hint of heaviness and has a long finish.

  10. NV Prosecco Brut Quartese DOC (VSQPRD), Ruggeri

Streaked with a persistent perlage of minute bubbles, this is an elegant wine with an appley bouquet on a floral background and a dry, fresh palate with good length and a pleasantly fruity finish.
