The intense, highly fruity bouquet releases scents of peaches and apricot jam with subtle hints of toasted brioche and vanilla. On the palate this full-bodied, fruity and graceful wine develops dominant golden peach flavours. The finish is distinct and evocative, with light, woody notes. In all, Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a full-flavoured, harmonious champagne distinguished by its immense richness and complexity.
