NV Brut Nature, Dumont et Fils

    (6x75cl)

This Champagne carries a beautiful golden amber colour with warm tones which is so typical to sparkling wines. Aromas of hawthorne, peach and wheat lend to a fresh nose. However the palate is without artifice, both vinous and invigorating, it reveals the mineral nature of the land with a hint of iodine.

NV Brut Rose, Dumont et Fils

    (6x75cl)

Delicate pale pink rose colour. The nose sings with cherry drops, raspberry and violet. The palate is structured with very faint tannin and lots of red fruit and fresh acidity. The finish is a long with a savoury, pleasantly bitter note, suggesting that it would be great with food.

  8. NV Brut Mosaïque, Champagne Jacquart

Fresh and rather powerful on the palate creating a balanced overall impression with a lovely, long-lasting finish; spice bread and fruit flavours.

  9. NV Brut Grande Réserve Premier Cru, Gobillard

An elegant nose redolent of citrus blossom, followed by a delicate and precise palate showing greengages and honey. A long finish dominated by toasty brioche notes.

  10. NV Brut Rosé, Bollinger

    NV Brut Rosé, Bollinger

    (6x75cl)

The wine reveals all the fullness of expression of the Special Cuvée to the nose. All Bollinger is there: presence and modesty, power and delicacy. And yet other notes come to the fore in the mouth: small wild berries in the countryside on hot summer afternoons. Raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries — the first note of acidity is jolted by the sensuousness of the flesh. An impertinent flavour dances in the mouth, but the lively, joyous sparkle of the fruit is always contained by the wine’s precise structure, which gains in fullness and climaxes with mellow notes that stay on the palate and resound in the memory for a long time.
