    Val delle Rose Morellino di Scansano Reserva is produced by the Cecchi family in Maremma, a land where the warm Tuscan sun and cooling sea breezes emphasise the unique characteristics of the classic Sangiovese grape. This rich, fragrant wine has inviting aromas of dark cherry and dried mountain herbs, alongside hints of clove and vanilla spice. 12 months in oak has lent a smoothness to the structure and seamlessness to the crunchy red and black fruit flavours, ably balanced by supple tannins and crisp acidity.

    Rich, ripe nose, almost perfumed wine with a delicious creamy character on the palate and bags of soft ripe blackcurrant fruit. The acidity is all there, balanced against soft, full tannins and there is great structure and mouthfeel. Succulent, round and complex.
