  1. 2013 Escale Pinot Noir, Vin de France

The very lightly oaked Escale Pinot Noir is elegant and fruity, displaying all the hallmarks of the Pinot grape with hints of raspberries on the nose and silky tannin structure on the palate.

  2. 2012 Vosne-Romanee, Domaine Gros Frere et Soeur

Ripe fruit over spices is the main ingredient of the bouquet, modified by the presence of strawberry, raspberry, bilberry, or blackcurrant.
These refined and well-blended aromas evolve with age into cherries-in-brandy, preserved fruits, leather and fur, and gamey/woodland scents.
On the palate the wine is velvety and distinguished.

  3. 2013 Pinot Noir Lot 21, Viña Leyda

This delicate Pinot Noir is complex and elegant, with fine aromas of strawberry, cherry, orange peel and herbs, which combines perfectly with oak. Red berries, fresh and sweets are the first flavours in the palate, then cherries and soft tannins which linger in a long and persistent finish.

  4. 2012 Pinot Noir Las Brisas, Viña Leyda

A great exponent of Pinot Noir, aromatically fresh and complex. A juicy, fruity and elegant wine. Bright colour. Clean and direct fruity nose, with hints of red cherries, raspberries and a subtle wild herb note. Delicate and refined on the palate. Juicy with ripe flavours of berries combined with mineral notes and a lively acidity.

  5. 2010 Beaune Clos des Mouches 1er Cru Rouge, Joseph Drouhin

Red fruits and undergrowth. Serious but so drinkable.

  6. 2013 Estate Red, Kenton Vineyard

This has a greater proportion of Pinot Noir than the previous vintage which has produced more red fruit characters of cherry and hints of strawberry. Subtle use of oak produces light cedar aromas.

  7. 2012 Estate Selection Pinot Noir, Erath

ERATH is the original winery of the Dundee Hills of Oregon – a place where EARTH and HEART intersect. Their Pinot Noir is an expression of this land, made with passion and artistry; a delicate yet fruity wine, full of minerality from the iron-rich soils. The wine is dark and dense, with incredibly complex aromas of bitter Italian herbs, cured meats, brambles, tangerine peel and a whiff of violets. The palate introduces further layers of flavour with loganberry, pomegranate, dark cherry and sandalwood.

  8. 2011 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru, Domaine Jacques Prieur

Well-focused, with toasty, smoky blackberry and blueberry aromas. Concentrated, fresh, fruity, succulent and spicy palate. Delicious, mouth-watering middle palate. Aftertaste showing fresh, beautifully rich, ripe, fine and digestible tannin. Incredible ageing potential but also unbelievably delicious when young.

  9. 2013 Yealands Pinot Noir Winemaker Reserve Awatere Valley, Marlborough

An Elegant yet complex pinot noir show ripe red fruit showing floral characters enhanced by well integrated oak and a velvety texture.

  10. 2013 Pinot Noir Reserva, Viña Leyda

Bright ruby red colour. A fruity nose with strawberries, hints of red cherries and a subtle wild herb notes with a delicate smokiness and tobacco. Refined on the palate, juicy and full of ripe berry flavours, a hint of minerality and refreshing finish.
