  1. 2013 Leduc Malbec IGP Pays d'Oc

    redwine

    2013 Etna Rosso DOC, Planeta

    (6x75cl)

A soft red wine with flesh and structure. Characteristic of the area the notes of plums, raspberries and green tomato leaves.

  3. 2009 Santa Cecilia, Planeta Single wooden box

Deep and rich in colour, almost opaque with an intense nose of spice, chocolate and plums. On the palate the wine is well balanced with ripe, spicy fruit and a savoury character. The finish is long and elegant.

  4. 2012 Gevrey-Chambertin, Les Evocelles, Domaine Lucien Boillot

The bouquet exudes oak and charm. Rich and mouthfilling with great persistence. The fullness hides the steely core at first. Approachable young but worth keeping.

  5. 2013 Tormentoso Pinotage Reserve, Man Vintners

Opaque blood red in colour with a vibrant, heady nose of red berry fruit and exotic spices. Medium to full bodied with an anchoring, underlying structure and densely packed black berry and cherry fruit flavours. Finishing polished, with rounded spicy oak.

  6. 2011 Douro Reserva Quinta do Crasto

A brick red colour, with intense and lifted oak aromas of cigar box, tobacco leaf, spices, cedar and vanilla, combined with fresh dark berries and ripe plums.
Palate: A rich full and round palate of great balance, displaying rich Douro berry fruit characters, with integrated oak tannins and a great length of finish.

  7. 2013 Nero di Troia IGT Murgia Rosso, Botromagno

Almost opaque ruby red with a deeply fruity mulberry aroma and a lovely sweet flavour of blueberries and cream.

  8. 2012 Papale Oro Primitivo di Manduria, Varvaglione

In the heart of DOP areas – DOP stands for ‘Di Origine Protetta’ referring to a Protected Designation of Origin for quality wines produced in a specified region – the Golden Line of Papale originates from Primitivo grapes carefully selected and manually picked into cases. It is ruby-red-coloured and its taste is round and soft, reminding scents of mixed berries jam. Its good texture identifies with the local territory and its refined elegance is a distinctive feature.

  9. 2011 Beaujolais Villages, Louis Tête

Light purple in colour, with a elegant, fresh intense nose of soft red fruits. The palate is equally open and fleshy with lots of fruit and little tannin. Wonderfully soft and accessible, plenty of character backed by good balancing acidity.

  10. 2013 Garnacha Tinta, Cop de Ma

Smack-in-the face fresh juicy red fruit sings from the glass. The palate is lively with red cherry and raspberry notes and hints of balsamic.
