Light, ruby red with a perfumed, fruity nose of violet and raspberry. The palate is balanced by juicy damson and raspberry fruit, smooth tannins, good acidity and a spicy finish. Beautifully structured.

A medium bodied, rounded Saint Emillon with blackberry aromas and a rich fruit character.

Transparent red colour. Musky, chocolaty fruit; slightly mature-smelling. Real development of fruit aroma in the glass over time. On the palate, sweet, delicate fruit, slightly gamey. Excellent length, subtle fruit, light tannin.

Deep garnet in the glass with an intense black cherry and vanilla bouquet. On the palate it is full bodied, rich and creamy with smooth tannins. At 16% alcohol, it should really be a monster; in reality it is fantastically balanced with a minerality which keeps it fresh and dangerously moreish.

Savoury but with intense fruit that opens up with aeration. Slight element of mineral/gritty character displayed by the village level Volnay. Greater intensity of fruit, which persists excellently on the palate, and balanced, fine-grained tannin. Smokey/savoury character on finish. Superb.

Intense red colour with ruby and black refections. Aromas of ripped red fruits, dry fruits, smoke, cassis and cloves.

This is a pretty, elegant wine, with attractive berry and cherry aromas. Spicy, black currant flavoured offering fine depth It is medium bodied, good mid-palate with silky tannins and a long fleshy finish.

This wine is an intense ruby colour. On the nose, it has aromas of ripe raspberry, cherry, cassis, blackcurrant and redcurrant. On the palate, it is very intense but mellow, velvety, fruity and intense. Good body and structure, with hints of tobacco, chocolate and vanilla. It offers a long and layered finish.

Candied fruit and spice on the nose, fine sweet tannins, generous body with currants and prunes with a fine, smooth finish and no oak.
