  1. 2011 Village Pinot Noir, Yering Station

Bright crimson in colour with classic Pinot Noir aromas of red/black cherry complemented with brooding earthy undertones. Hints of violets and lavender lift the rich black cherry spice palate which finished with fine velvety tannins.

  2. 2012 Massale Pinot Noir, Kooyong

A pretty purplish crimson colour. The nose speaks of bright red fruits - raspberry and cherry, then violet florals, dried meadow herbs and hints of cherry pip, oak and botanical spices. The palate is attractively brambly with a core of red fruits, fresh acidity, fine, graphite-like tannins and a savoury edge which balances the fruit. This wine is approachable when young yet shows potential for further improvement with careful cellaring.

  3. 2012 Shiraz Viognier, Little Yering, Yering Station

Rich plum and blackberry with an array of spice and hints of Viognier aromatics. Juicy, rich dark berry fruit with wonderful texture and soft, dry tannins.

  4. 2010 Ladies who shoot their Lunch Shiraz, Fowles Wine

A deep ripe mulberyy colour, displaying glints of youthful purple at the rim. Intensely floral aromas of pepper and spice play with rich red fruits. Palate is full bodied and complex with silky tannins and a generous length of flavour.

  5. 2011 Meres Pinot Noir, Kooyong

Bright blood-maroon colour. Possibly a little more masculine than other recent releases of this wine, this has the pretty, aromatic red fruits of Meres but with an unusual depth and meaty complexity. Dusty herbs and focussed red fruits frame the palate and are carried by the site’s classic silkiness to length.

  6. 2010 Are You Game Cabernet Merlot, Fowles Wine

This wine has a deep crimson colour with violet hues. Aromas of blackcurrant and spicy oak play with hints of mint. The palate is full bodied with dark fruits and finely balanced tannins with a great length of flavour.

  7. 2012 Pinot Noir, Little Yering, Yering Station

Aromas of lifted strawberry and red cherry fruit with gamey notes, complimented with subtle vanillin oak. The palate is well structured and persistent with great depth of fruit and savouriness on the finish.

  8. 2011 Billi Billi Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran

Dense and tight, with finely structured tannins building on the palate. The wine is tightly wound and restrained with years to go before its full savoury and fruit complexity shines through.

  9. 2011 Cliff Edge Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran

A plump and fruity front palate, fine but solid tannic structure, tight acidity when young adding length and complexity built from pepper, spices and pulled together by smart oak.

  10. 2007 Cliff Edge Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran

A plump and fruity front palate, fine but solid tannic structure, tight acidity when young adding length and complexity built from pepper, spices and pulled together by smart oak.
