Bright ruby with complex hints of red berries, spice, coconut and vanilla. Well-integrated tannins with sun-drenched fruit and echoes of the "garrigue".

Dark ruby with very densely furled aromas of blueberry, violets, a hint of bacon and wet gravel. Dark ruby with minerally aromatics: stone, chalk and gun flint in a subtle interplay with pepper, tapenade and dense brambly fruit. Lovely mouthwatering acidity, smooth layers of fine tannins, medium body and long finish.

Vibrant aromas of plum with great texture and balance between front-mid-end palate. Fresh but rich with great sustain of flavour on the finish.

The wine shows cool climate freshness and a surprising intensity, with spice and gentle game notes. It is layered with fragrant sweet, ripe cherry and blackberry flavours, with underlying almond and white pepper tones. The palate is seamless, sleek and polished, with firm, ripe tannins. The wine was aged in French oak barrels (25% new) for 12 to 18 months. Drinking well now, but is suitable for cellaring for at least 10 years.

A complex nose of spice and savoury bacon aromas mingled with a dark fruit character, leads into a rich palate with depth and a touch of coffee and chocolate on the finish. A fine structure lends a finesse and elegance to the wine.
-
A nose saturated with Mediterranean character and exuberant aromas of ripe fruits and spices. Its concentrated, palate has a fine tannin texture and attractive lively black fruits which last through to a long finish.
