  1. 2012 Chianti Classico DOCG, Villa Cerna

    The centuries-old relationship between the Cecchi family and Castellina in Chianti is the origin of Villa Cerna Chianti Classico. This fresh, modern style of Chianti has a vivid ruby colour that leads to an intensely floral bouquet of violet and iris over plum, cherry and spice. Silky tannins give a smooth mouth feel to the rich, perfumed flavours of dark cherry and dried flowers, while the mouthwatering acidity lends a refreshing quality to the stylish, dark fruit.

  2. 2012 Old Vine Zinfandel, Bogle Vineyards

    This supple and mouth-filling vintage leads with juicy raspberry and ripe boysenberry fruit. Hints of spiced chocolate integrate well with fruit that is surprisingly luscious and silky on the palate, partnered with black pepper backbone that gives structure and weight. Flavours of toasted oak and pipe tobacco create further structure, allowing this wine to stand up to a variety of hearty fare.

  3. 2010 Cumaro, Rosso Conero, Umani Ronchi

    Ruby-red core, with garnet hues and an intense, full, ethereal and very persistent bouquet. The palate is harmonious, with hints of wild cherry and fruits of the forest.

  4. 2012 Cuarto Dominio Malbec, Cuarto Dominio

    Cuarto Dominio is the expression of 2 very small and different lots in the San Carlos vineyard, at 900 meters over sea level. The difference between these 2 parcels basically comes from the soil composition. Lot A with only 2 Hectares has 70% sand, 15% lime and 15% clay while Lot B with a tiny dimension of 1.4 hectares has 90% sand, 10% lime and a big percentage of surface stones. While Lot A lends ripe plum and chocolate flavours, a very soft and supple mouthfeel with excellent structure and length, Lot B offers more blackberry fruit with a slight earthy mineral tone and notes of spicy black pepper, exceptional concentration and explosive floral aromatic.

  5. 2012 Anaperenna Shiraz Cabernet, Glaetzer

    Enticing liquorice and fragrant herb notes on the nose, revealing hints of dark stone fruits and cassis with layers of roasted coffee beans. The key characteristic on the palate is the textural tannins that provide support for the supple yet restrained palate - finishing with freshness, purity and length.

  6. 2013 Valpolicella Classico DOC Villa Novare, Bertani

    Violet red colour. Intense notes of blackcurrant red, plum, raspberry, black cherry and spice. Fresh with a good balance between acidity, sweetness and sapidity.

    Full bodied and elegant yet it has richness on the mid-palate. The emphasis is put on fruit
    flavours through gentle extraction methods.

  8. 2012 Roma Rosso DOC, San Marco

    Lively ruby red with purple tinges. The bouquet is intensely fruity with scents of violets and wild berries. The taste is rounded, soft with a fruity nice balanced structure.

  9. 2013 Dolcetto d'Alba, E. Pira

    Bright reddish-purple in colour. Aromas of ripe blackberries and plums are mirrored in the flavors. A direct, Zinfandel-like fruitiness combined with Merlot-like soft tannins make it charmingly seductive.
    Aromas of ripe blackberries and plums are reflected on the palate with soft tannins.

  10. 2013 Gigondas Tradition Le Grand Montmirail, Domaine Brusset

    Medium ruby. Aromas of black cherry, currant and liquorice. Lush but bright in the mouth, with noteworthy depth of flavour and restrained sweetness. Finishes with ripe, dusty tannins and excellent persistence.
