Merlot Res 14 de Gras 6/75

    (6x75cl)

Rich and intensely red in the glass with a generously aromatic, ripe nose loaded with blackberry and plum fruit. An attractive balance of fleshy fruit and oak on the palate with notes of mint, rounded velvety tannins that soften its firm structure and dry finish.

  2. Cabernet Sauv 14 de Gras 6/75

Brilliant red with hints of bay leaf, herbs and spicy blackcurrants on the nose, typically Chilean in style. The palate offers blackcurrant, cassis and blackberry, soft tannins with lingering spicy fruit and a firm finish.

  3. The Gypsy 11 Forrester 6/75

    The Gypsy 11 Forrester 6/75

    (6x75cl)

The character is somewhat wild, a little brambly with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark spices, with vanilla scents and a distinct, concentrated red-fruit focus. Great for laying down and keeping for at least ten years but already rewarding if allowed to breathe in a decanter.

  4. Ch Haut Pezat 12 St Emilion 6/75

Hints of ripe plums and damsons on the nose and on the palate. It is rich and velvety, with soft tannin and a long elegant finish.

  5. Finca Torrea 10 Marques de Riscal 6/75

Cherry red with good depth of colour and few signs of evolution. Intense nose, with hints of dark fruit, spices and slight toasted nuances. Elegant on the palate with good structure, round, long with a fresh, fruity finish.

  6. Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon 13 J.Lohr 12/75

ARIEL oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of black currants, cherry, blueberries and chocolate, with soft tannins and a dry finish.

  7. Falcons Perch Pinot Noir 13 J Lohr 12/75

Aromas of cherry preserves, fresh strawberries violet and crème brulée lead to a rich, soft palate
with fine grained tannins and plenty of fruit. Acidity is clean and fresh which invites a wide
    range of food pairings.

  8. d'Arry's Orig Sh Gren 12 d'Arenberg 6/75

This wine displays a level of finesse and freshness that we don’t always encounter in other vintages of the same wine. In a somewhat surprising contrast to this, the wine also displays a dense and varied array of fruit characters, from bright lifted purple plums and rhubarb through to more spice and herbal notes such as sage and cardamom, into even more complex earthy flavours of beetroot and soot.
These flavours are perfectly supported by a frame of fine, minerally tannins that add a subtle grip and enticingly long finish.

  9. High Trellis Cab Sauv 12 d'Arenberg 6/75

Cooler years in McLaren Vale always lead to incredibly expressive and highly varietal Cabernets.
The High Trellis is no exception with an abundance of blackcurrant, violets and minty notes leaping from the glass.
Beautiful bright purple fruits dominate the palate, countered by typical Cabernet characters such as red capsicum skin and fresh mint.
The wine feels quite linear at this stage of its development and the combination of fruit and fine chalky tannins seems to go on and on endlessly.
A wine that can be savoured now or allowed to develop for the next five to 10 years.

  10. Malbec Cab Sauv Corte A 12 Vistalba 6/75

A nose that walks the line between floral and rich earthy aromas, incorporating scents of prunes and later dark black cherry as the wine opens up. In the mouth the wine is huge, brooding and deep with flavours of cassis and black cherry.
