    Brilliant red with hints of bay leaf, herbs and spicy blackcurrants on the nose, typically Chilean in style. The palate offers blackcurrant, cassis and blackberry, soft tannins with lingering spicy fruit and a firm finish.

    Soft and structured Cabernet Sauvignon with red fruit and gentle toast. Plums and cherries in the up front well integrated with hints of tobacco and mocha. It is an expressive Cabernet where the tipicity of the variety stands out from the oak. In mouth it has lively fruit, making this wine a fresh and juicy one, with soft and friendly tannins.

    The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant ruby in colour. Wonderfully fragrant, with a lifted nose of black cherries, mulberries and plums, complemented by spicy oak characters of tobacco and vanilla. The palate displays plummy, blackcurrant jam notes with a hint of mocha.
    A rich, textural wine, with savoury, fine-grain tannins and fresh acidity.

    Exhibits a dense, almost opaque colour with gorgeous up-front, sweet, ripe fruit. The palate is medium to full bodied and chewy with a well endowed, plush texture. The wine is pure, complex and engaging.

    A single vineyard, estate grown wine from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, the winery which put California on the wine map in 1976 when it beat Bordeaux’s best in a blind tasting competition that became known as the Judgement of Paris. The fruit for this Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the Fay Vineyard, one of the great sites in the Napa Valley; these complex grapes create a wine which shows an abundance of supple red and blackberry character, voluptuous perfume and a luscious, fine-grained texture. As well as the layers of bright, smooth fruit, the wine shows hints of red liquorice, black tea and sage, culminating in a lingering floral note on the finish.
