This wine shows flavours of passionfruit and blackcurrant leaf with underlying notes of wet stone and thyme. The palate displays good weight and texture, with a focused mineral acidity which delivers fantastic length to the wine.

  2. 2012 Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Kabinett, Paulinshof

This is classic Mosel Riesling with a fresh lemony fragrance on the nose. In the palate there is an amazingly complex balance of many different factors - fresh acidity and off-dry sweetness - slate driven mineral texture and low alcohol - fresh fruit and a deep oily complexity. Poise and depth.

  3. 2013 Sincronia Blanc (Chardonnay, Parellada, Prensal), Mesquida Mora

The nose is gently aromatic, showing crisp notes of greengage and pear, the palate is finely textured with a minerally undertone from the Prensal grape – altogether a fresh, zesty delicate and balanced white.

  4. 2014 Semillon Chardonnay, Mullygrubber, Warburn Estate

The Semillon Chardonnay blend is an Australian classic, delivering an approachable and easily enjoyable style. Ripe, fresh fruit aromas of peach and melon precede a round, juicy palate packed with tropical and citrus fruit flavours. Finishing with a crisp, refreshing lift, this is ideal as a versatile partner to fish, salads and white meat or great as a refreshing glass by itself.

  5. 2013 Dry Riesling, Chateau Ste Michelle

Produced by Chateau Ste. Michelle, the founding winery of Washington State, this cool climate Riesling is made in a crisp, dry, refreshing style with mouth-watering acidity and an elegant finish. According to the winemaker, the inviting citrus aromas and flavours of ripe apricot are a winner when served alongside a platter of freshly shucked oysters.

  6. 2013 Pandora Medium Dry, Shawsgate

This light spritzy wine is full of ripe fruit whose complexities are subtly disguised by an elegant palate of light melon, orange, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate has a good strength of tropical fruit flavours beneath a soft rounded acidity, with lingering grapefruit to give length.

  7. 2014 Vermentino Vieilles Vignes IGP Pays d'Oc, Les Archères

  8. 2014 Chardonnay Les Mougeottes IGP Pays d'Oc

Lemon and vanilla on the nose with a round, fruity body and a hint of vanilla oak character. Has more ripeness than a Macon and more savouriness than the New World, making it ideal by the glass.

  9. 2014 Colombard Comté Tolosan, La Lande

Aromatic on the nose with hints of green apples and Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. On the palate it has good weight of fruit and beautifully balanced acidity that gives the wine a long fresh crisp finish.
