    2011 Chardonnay, Howard Park

    Brilliant in appearance and pale straw in colour with lemon/lime hues. The bouquet is an enticing mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nutmeal, the palate’s fine, creamy texture is supported by toasted vanillin oak. The bright lemon acidity adds a degree of restraint and length to finish the wine.

  2. 2011 Great Southern Riesling, Howard Park

    Brilliant and pale lemon yellow in colour with intense and lifted aromas of zested lemon/lime citrus and fresh pears. The palate is full of fresh citrus, nashi pear and golden delicious apple flavours that give depth and richness. Whilst defined by these rich fruit flavours, the palate is guided by a fine, citrus acidity that adds length and finesse.

  3. 2012 Riesling, Trevarrick Single Contour, Skillogalee

    This wine shows a floral perfume on the nose with a nice touch of orange blossom. The palate has great length and minerality with all the citrus attributes expected of a Skillogalee Riesling. A tight, fresh and focused acidity keeps everything in balance.

    The nose has an intense aromatic lift of musk, ginger spice and fresh Tahitian lime juice. The palate is focused, with a lovely backbone of natural acidity that supports a natural fruit sweetness with flavours of mango, red grapefruit and cumquats coming through. The wine demonstrates fantastic line and length and has a zesty dry finish.

  5. 2013 Clonale Chardonnay, Kooyong

    Bright limey-straw colour. An aromatic nose with fresh lime/ lemon and quartzy silica mineral characters, balanced with notes of grilled nuts, white peach and a soft creaminess. Palate is bright and again minerally with the same attractive balance of pert citrus zing and layers of texture; arguably this is also a particularly pure and structural vintage for Clonale.

  6. 2012 The Money Spider Roussanne, d'Arenberg

    The nose exhibits a whole array of characters from stone fruits and tropical notes through to nuttiness and an ever so delicate hint of Indian spice.
    The palate is robust! A luscious mix of pulpy fruit, green mango and papaya. These full flavours gently give way to honey blossom nuances and savoury pistachio notes which linger to a very long finish, adding refinement to the palate.

  7. 2012 The Lucky Lizard Chardonnay, Hillbillies, d'Arenberg

    The 2012 Lucky Lizard has vibrant nectarine and white peach on the nose with nutty and mineral citrus undertones.
    The palate begins with generous peach and stone fruit. The 25% wild fermentation becomes evident as the wine opens up to reveal a beautifully
    textured mid palate with cashew and honeysuckle, finishing with zingy lime and peel.
    The wine shows great balance and composure and will drink fantastically with or without food.

  8. 2013 The Hermit Crab Viognier/Marsanne, Originals, d'Arenberg

    The nose of this wine displays an enticing mix of white stonefruits and sweet pineapple with an underlying hint of ginger.
    The palate is luscious and flavoursome, again nectarine and peach are prominent, with a twist of candied citrus rind.
    These sweet flavours evolve through the palate into more savoury flavours reminiscent of raw almonds and spice.
    A generous, textural wine with a surprising finesse on the finish.

  9. 2012 The Olive Grove Chardonnay, Originals, d'Arenberg

    The wine displays lovely peach and creamy notes, with an oyster shell minerality that runs through the palate.
    Full flavoured and textured but with a vibrant acidity and a long lingering finish, this wine delivers a plethora of stone fruit, blossoms and savoury notes.
    The oak influence is minimal allowing the true flavours of the fruit to shine.

  10. 2013 The Stump Jump White Blend, d'Arenberg

    Riesling gives the finesse and class to this wine, Sauvignon blanc adds loads of aromatics, and the Marsanne and Roussanne provide complexity, weight and nuttiness to the palate.
    The resulting wine is an exotic mix of citrus, stone fruits, passionfruit, guava and tinned pineapple which develops into a long savoury, nutty like finish.
    The mouthfeel is rich and luscious without being overly oily, kept in check by a fine line of mineral acidity.
