  1. 2013 Sancerre Cuvée Insolite, Domaine Franck Millet

    Pronounced, expressive nose of green fruits, fresh cut grass and minerals. The palate is clean and ultra crisp; medium bodied and packed with greengage, lime and gooseberry fruit. The finish is clean, showing a real sense of place through its minerality.

  2. 2014 Coralinga Sauvignon Blanc, Henschke

    Pale green-gold in colour. The vibrant nose shows lifted lemon blossom, gooseberry, melon and grassy aromas. The palate is delicate yet rich with layers of flavours, good balance, and finishing crisp and long.

  3. 2009 The Last Ditch Viognier, d'Arenberg

    The nose is a heady mix of exotic aromas. White peach and nectarine are infused with candied ginger, spice and honey blossoms.
    The palate also displays white stone fruits and apricots mixed with florals, spices and savoury notes.
    Whilst typically rich and luscious, the mouthfeel is balanced out by a lovely, flowery, nutty tannin that adds both length and focus.

  4. 2012 The Broken Fishplate Sauvignon Blanc, Hillbillies, d'Arenberg

    Classic Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc! The nose is intensely perfumed, with lychee, gooseberry, grassy and rosehip notes all contributing.
    The flavour profile is similar with an abundance of tropical fruits, lychees and passionfruit, swirling through the palate, highlighted by pretty white flowers and grassy edges.
    The wine is fine and long, thanks to the vibrant natural acidity, and finishes full of minerals.

  5. 2014 Torrontes, Bodegas Santa Ana

    Bright, pale gold in colour with flashes of green at the rim. The nose is powerfully aromatic with an array of wildflower and tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fruity and crisp, well balanced with a clean finish this wine drinks great as a glass by itself but will also pair well with shellfish, pasta with a white wine based sauce or spicy Eastern influenced dishes.

  6. 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Domaine Louis Michel

    Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.

  7. 2013 Finca Montico Rueda, Riscal

    A bright straw colour with hints of green. The typical aromas of verdejo can be detected on the nose with medium intensity. Fennel, fine herbs, white flowers, pear and nectarine are all evident. The palate is fat and fresh with a round, unctuous character and long finish. Lees ageing and good acidity allow the wine to conserve the varietal aromas leaving a fresh, aromatic and complex wine.

  8. 2014 The Dry Dam Riesling, d'Arenberg

    Jasmine and orange blossom, along with lemon and lime characters leap from the glass.
    The sugar-acid balance from this fine vintage is unparalleled. While both are present, they manage to meld together creating a mouth-watering yet supple sherbet character, which finishes dry and mineral, not cloying in the slightest.

  9. 2013 Viognier Reserve, Bodegas Santa Ana

    Santa Ana Viognier Reserve has a bright golden colour with green hues. Aromas of stone fruits with an alluring complexity of toasted bread and vanilla notes. Rich and full palate with a hint of sweetness balanced by a racy acidity on the finish.

  10. 2013 The Lucky Lizard Chardonnay, Hillbillies, d'Arenberg

    The 2012 Lucky Lizard has vibrant nectarine and white peach on the nose with nutty and mineral citrus undertones.
    The palate begins with generous peach and stone fruit. The 25% wild fermentation becomes evident as the wine opens up to reveal a beautifully
    textured mid palate with cashew and honeysuckle, finishing with zingy lime and peel.
    The wine shows great balance and composure and will drink fantastically with or without food.
