Delicious zesty sauvignon packed with ripe citrus fruits and mouth-watering acidity. A floral bouquet and subtle hints of herb add to its fresh character. The finish is clean, crisp and round.

Clean, citrus nose with fresh pear, and hints of herb and spice. In the mouth the same citrus fruits are apparent, as well as some herbal touches (cinnamon), and a zesty mineral edge, which makes for an extremely clean finish, showing great fruit.

A blend of Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Complex and very winey on the nose, with notes of Calvados, apple pie, cloves and herbs, and with oak very much in the background. Apple and peach flavours on the palate. Really quite refined and complex - and very persistent. Lovely.
