    Pure intense aromas of sweet pear pulp. Powerful fruity flavours with warming alcohol and a smooth mouthfeel. Clean finish.

    Elegant, aromatic, soft and sensual with the perfume of roses, thyme and vanilla.

  3. NV Grappa Monovitigno Lo Chardonnay in Barriques 41%, Nonino

    Lightly amber after a short time spent in barrique, refined and elegant, it has a scent reminiscent of bread, vanilla and pastry. On the palate there are notes of chocolate and newly shelled almonds.

    Very clear with an intense blueberry and wood-fruit nose, later confirmed on the palate. Deliciously smooth and elegant.

  5. NV Bas Armagnac V.S.O.P. (min 10 yrs old), Castarede

    Amber core with a bronze rim; shows mellow walnut, warm spices, cocoa and prunes on the nose. Mellow attack on the palate, but not cloying thanks to a delicious freshness and texture.

  6. NV Bas Armagnac X.O. (min 20 years old), Castarede

    Coppery topaz in the glass with a characterful, intense, vibrant nose showing candied chestnut and dried currants mingled with luscious oaky notes of cigar box and sandalwood. Very mellow, complex palate.

  7. 1946 Vintage Bas Armagnac, Castarede

    Deep in colour, with an amazing aroma it is powerful in the mouth with extraordinary length. The whole is dominated by concentrated fruit and round tannins.

  8. 1979 Vintage Bas Armagnac, Castarede

    The 1979 has a delicate nose with hints of perfume. It has aromas of fruits like peach and prune. It is extremely long in the mouth with lots of fruit character and a hint of spice.

  9. NV Lemon's Dream Liqueur, Giardino di Ravello

    A unique liquor with very distinguishable, mildly sweet lemon flavour. Although pungent it has a great structure and a certain elegant, delicate approach to the palate.

  10. NV Grappa Tradizione 41%, Nonino

    Typical and elegant. Before tasting, Grappa should be allowed to rest in the glass for some minutes: on exposure to oxygen the perfumes are enhanced and the nose/palate harmony is perfected.
