The cava offers a bright gold colour with green reflects and fine bubbles. Floral spring notes on the nose and a light citric fruit touch with pleasant yeasty flavours. On the palate the wine offers a prudent entrance with fine and well integrated bubbles, good acidity in perfect harmony with a bitter final which confers to the wine power and complexity.
El Brindis is packed with red and black fruit, displaying herbal scents of thyme and eucalyptus and some toasty spice. There’s a certain Mediterranean generosity and concentration of fruit combined with elegant restraint of this great high altitude terroir.
