Very deep crimson in colour. The nose is concentrated and complex, with sweet lifted ripe aromas of spicy blackberries, blueberries and prunes, with hints of chocolate, anise and tar. The palate is sweet, ripe and lush, concentrated and complex, with intense blackberry fruits, plum, anise, cedar and tar. The texture is fleshy with silky layered tannins, excellent balance and great length.

Crimson ruby in colour. Lifted aromas of sweet ripe raspberry, rhubarb and wild black cherry, with spicy sappy hints and cassis. Ripe sweet fruit flavours on the palate with a rich supple velvety texture, excellent depth, length and silky tannins.

This Shiraz is another dark, rich wine in the Skillogalee tradition, with intense colour and powerful, warm aromas and flavours. On the nose and the palate there are berryfruit and plum characters and hints of eucalyptus or mint can sometimes be found. Tannin structure is fine but firm and there is a good level of natural acidity.

This Cabernet blend is another dark, rich wine in the Skillogalee tradition, with intense colour and powerful, warm aromas and flavours. The wine is full and soft with sweet, leafy fruit flavours, rich vanillin oak and firm drying tannins on a lingering finish.

An elegant bouquet of fresh pears, citrus and white fleshed stone-fruit characters with underlying hints of oatmeal, nougat and roasted almonds. The palate is full bodied offering ample nectarines, pears and zesty lemony flavours. There is a lovely complexity with a creamy texture derived from lees stirring and grilled nuts in the background; the taught mineral structure, bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a dry, persistent fruit finish.

Brilliant straw colour. Superb example of Verdejo varietal wine with a mixture of tropical fruit aromas and hints of fennel and fresh green grass. Refreshing mouthfeel, full bodied with a slight final bitterness which gives it complexity and the very characteristic personality of wines of this variety.

Green-gold in colour. The nose is fragrant, perfumed and floral with citrus blossom and zest, sherbet and slatey minerality. An intensely layered yet delicate palate imparts balance, depth and length following up with a crunchy/crisp acid finish.
