Fairly deep red with a pale rim. Very sweet ripeness on the nose, possibly red gooseberry jam and a
hint of green pepper. Ripe fruit on palate with soft texture.

Brilliant yellow colour.Nose is intense reminiscent of figs, eldeflowers, grapefruits and sage. Good character (citrus and melon notes),acidity and long crisp finish on the palate. Very opulent wine.

This Pedro-Jimenez exhibits a delicious balance of peachy lusciousness with crispness and length, which allows this wine to be enjoyed with a variety of foods or on its own.
