A single grape, an outstanding vintage. Our Blanc de Blancs is quite simply the combination of exceptional quality Chardonnay in an exceptionally good year.
Sparkling, brilliant straw gold. Very lively with good persistent mousse.
Cherry blossom, vanilla and white pepper migle with the irresistable notes of still-warm brioche.
Fresh and light at first, then an explosion of mouthwatering flavours, with white peaches and citrus notes in abundance. Very long, light elegant finish. -
Pale yellow in colour with a touch of complexity on the nose brought about by ageing on the lees. The palate is well balanced with surprisingly good weight and concentration followed by a clean, crisp finish.

Very attractive already, quite powerful nose. Full bodied wine with intensity, depth and beautiful mineral flavour. Rich, ripe acidity in the palate. Great personality and finesse. Full of charm already after nearly 4 years of bottle ageing.

Beautiful golden colour. Persistent sparkle, fine, regular bubbles. Pleasant nose made very elegant by the large amount of Chardonnay. Fresh, well-balanced and harmonious on the palate.

One whiff of the Gewurztraminer Vendange Tardive and your sense of smell is instantly pervaded with ham hock, celery root, brown spices, mint and honey. Primary juices include rose petals and spice and a dusty botrytis character to follow. This is a lusciously sweet and complex wine.

A blend of Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Complex and very winey on the nose, with notes of Calvados, apple pie, cloves and herbs, and with oak very much in the background. Apple and peach flavours on the palate. Really quite refined and complex - and very persistent. Lovely.

After thirty years, the Armagnac undergoes a conversion and becomes extremely complex and aromatic. The nose of the 1967 is powerful, with notes of wood. On the palate the spirit is harmonious and smooth.

Selected from the domain's oldest vines this Chablis is deep lemon yellow with a wonderfully developed nose of stewed apples and cream. The wine also has a creamy texture on the palate which is underscored by a typical minerally acidity, and a long clean finish.

To obtain a very delicate rose (the hallmark of the Henriot style) and keep the lightness and elegance so characteristic of Champagne requires great skill. The Henriot rose epitomises elegance combined with remarkable concentration on the palate, great balance and attractive aromas of red fruits.
