Elegant and well-balanced, with velvety, well-knit fruit that is redolent of vanilla, acacia honey and freshly-mown hay, combined with attractive floral notes. All of these sensations contribute to an overall flavor of great breed and remarkable persistence.
-
Delicate floral aromas of lilac and lavender from the grape, coupled with a subtle toasty oak bouquet, create a sparkling wine well suited for a Sunday brunch, evening dinner party or any festive celebration.
-
Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.
-
Light, golden yellow colour with fine, long-lasting bubbles. The bouquet is lovely and fresh with fruity grape and pear hints mingling with intense notes of bread crust. Fresh and rather powerful on the palate creating a balanced overall impression with a lovely, long-lasting finish; spice bread and fruit flavours.
-
Magnificent greenish gold in colour with a chrystalline brightness and a strong, intense effervescence with fine and regular bubbles. Highly aromatic and packed with notes of white flowers, honey, lemon, fresh plum and pineapple. The palate confirms the complexity and richness of the bouquet with an initial lively freshness leading into a rounded palate that displays notes of honey, vanilla and short bread right through the long, long finish. Truly inspiring.

Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.
-
The colour is deep yellow with golden highlights. The bubbles are fine and delicate. The intense, highly fruity bouquet releases scents of peaches and apricot jam with subtle hints of toasted brioche and vanilla. On the palate this full-bodied, fruity and graceful wine develops dominant golden peach flavours. The finish is distinct and evocative, with light, woody notes. In all, Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a full-flavoured, harmonious champagne distinguished by its immense richness and complexity.
-
This deliciously complex wine displays full, fresh pineapple and melon characters on the palate. The wine has lots of appeal, rather more like a New World Chardonnay than a typical Old World style, but doesn't sacrifice style for obvious fruit.
-
Very fine bubbles spiral upwards, through this brilliant yellow straw coloured wine. The bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, are followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing sweet grapefruit finish.
-
Smoky, toasty and pineappley on the nose, shows a palate pleasing breadth of minerals, grapefruit and red apples, some toasty, nutty highlights and a soft, juicy finish.
