Made from an equal proportion of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, this cuvee offers aromas of white stoned fruit, brioche and citrus aromas. It is well balanced with a lovely structure and good acidity on the finish.
-
Brilliant yellow-diamond in colour; aromas of rich, ripe fruit and honey; voluptuous on the palate, with a persistent mineral finish, reflecting the volcanic soils of the Soave zone.
-
An amber Marsala with golden tinges. The nose has complex aroma of raisins, liquorice, dates and vanilla. On the palate is warm, full, elegant with a finish of ripe fruits and raisins.
-
Pale lemon yellow. Minerals, lemons and a hint of classic Riesling hydrocarbon aromas on the nose. Beautiful balance of medium sweetness, playful but structured acidity and low alcohol. Very long finish. Very fine.
-
Ariel Chardonnay has a distinctive combination of buttery apple and butterscotch characteristics combined with a toasty French oak bouquet and should continue to develop complexity as it ages.
-
An opulent dry styled wine with aromas of sweet pear, honeysuckle and stonefruit overlaying a generous mouth feel of great weight and depth. The creamy texture on the palate from the lees stirring provides the backbone to a long and lingering finish. An elegant wine with a beautiful balance that will reward cellaring up to five years.
