    Made by one of Tuscany’s finest producers, this pale pink rosé has a delicate floral character reminiscent of summer roses, followed by hints of wild berry and raspberry.     The Sangiovese in this vintage was generous and of outstanding quality, first as grapes and then as juice, bestowing its Chianti-zone violet and earthy aromas, while at the same time displaying the highest elegance and persistence. This was complemented by the lush fruit of the Merlot, the smoke of the Petit Verdot, and the vibrancy of the Cabernet Sauvignon. There is beautiful choreography in the balance between the velvety tannins and alcohol in this new vintage.

    Val delle Rose Morellino di Scansano is produced by the Cecchi family in Maremma, a land where the warm Tuscan sun and cooling sea breezes emphasise the unique characteristics of the classic Sangiovese grape. The wine has an intense fragrance of wild cherry with hints of aromatic spice that lead to a rich yet juicy palate, balanced by supple tannins and crisp acidity. A short time in oak has lent a smoothness to the structure and seamlessness to the crunchy red and black fruit flavours.

    It shows a deep straw yellow hue, with a hint of light green. Elegant bouquet with a scent of vanilla. Good balance and long finish.

    This wine has a light straw yellow colour with a greenish glow. There is a complex, rich delicate bouquet, initially reminiscent of Broom and lime, then suggesting a sensation of mixed fruity flavours of green apples, pears and pineapple. A well balanced, dry and fragrant wine that stresses its fruity flavour. Pleasantly persisting, slightly bitter aftertaste.
