  1. 2010 Le Limoux, Chateau Rives Blanques

A blend of Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Complex and very winey on the nose, with notes of Calvados, apple pie, cloves and herbs, and with oak very much in the background. Apple and peach flavours on the palate. Really quite refined and complex - and very persistent. Lovely.

  2. NV Saumur Brut, Domaine de Brizé

A really superb sparkling Loire, dry but not aggressive, produced from Chenin Blanc in the small village of Martigne-Briand, close to the town of Saumur. The wine has a beautifully fragrant English late summer fruits bouquet (apples and pears) and is clean, fresh and lively on the palate, a great alternative to Champagne.

  3. 2010 Vouvray Sec, Didier Champalou

Made from Chenin Blanc in a typically dry style with hints of pear and quince on the nose. Ripe and juicy on the palate with a strong chalky minerality, lots of fruits layers and balanced by a benchmark freshness.

  4. 2010 Chenin Blanc, Bogle Winery

    2010 Chenin Blanc, Bogle Winery

    (12x75cl)

Clarksburg has long been known as a remarkable place to grow Chenin Blanc. Crisp and refreshing, this wine begins with a surprising touch of fresh anise on the nose. Richer flavors of stone fruits like peaches and apricots balance the mouthfeel, while the soft and supple texture integrates the palate all the way through the honeyed finish.

  5. NV Vouvray Brut, Didier Champalou

Pale straw in colour with extremely elegant bubbles and a fine mousse. The palate is fine and elegant with well balanced acidity and a crisp dry finish.

  6. 2012 Chenin Blanc, Man Vintners

    2012 Chenin Blanc, Man Vintners

    (6x75cl)

Tropical fruit, guava and melon aromas, crisp and bold sweet citrus backed by refreshing acidity and minerality characteristic of the coastal vineyards.

  7. NV Vouvray Brut, Sylvain Gaudron

Fine, persistent mousse. Notes of honey and fresh hay very typical of Chenin. Beautiful vein of acidity. Mineral. Complex with a hint of biscuity character.

  8. 2011 Chenin Blanc Reserve, Ken Forrester Wines

Full bodied and well rounded with a complex structure. Bursting with flavours of dried apricots, pineapple and hints of vanilla and honey that last long on the finish.

  9. 2012 Petit Chenin, Ken Forrester Wines

A youthful fresh wine with quince and pear drop flavours. Real freshness on the palate with crunchy green apple and grapefruit flavours. Good mouthfeel and appetisingly tangy finish.

  10. 2012 Chenin Blanc, Stormy Cape

    2012 Chenin Blanc, Stormy Cape

    (6x75cl)

Pale in colour with an enticingly citrus nose, this is a typically racy South African Chenin with a good concentration of sub tropical fruit well balanced with fresh citrus acidity and a dry finish.
