Taittinger Nocturne is a pale yellow colour with shimmering highlights. The bubbles form a delicate necklace of fine mousse. Its nose is subtle and fresh, suggestive of the delightful aromas of white blossom and ripe fruit, with overtones of yellow peaches and dried apricots. The first impression on the palate is soft and mellow and remains very fresh. It is dominated by flavours reminiscent of raisins and fruit in syrup. The aftertaste is long and soft with an enjoyable and full of flavour sweetness. All in all, a mature, rounded, rich, mellow wine of intense smoothness, tenderness and passion.

The very lightly oaked Escale Pinot Noir is elegant and fruity, displaying all the hallmarks of the Pinot grape with hints of raspberries on the nose and silky tannin structure on the palate.

Crystal clear and bright. Very fine and strong bead. Intense and refined. The aromas range from flowers (honeysuckle) to citrus and white fruit. The overall impression is very fresh. Light and delicate with surprising length. Fruit, flower and mineral flavours mingle to give a wonderfully pure and crisp taste.

«From the outset, Brut Premier affirms its personality and seduction: the texture is full and generous and, in a fairly unexpected way, integrates characteristics of maturity associated with fruitier and more refreshing notes. The wine has a fresh festive finesse… “In the mouth, the wine has structure, richness and length. It is a full, complex wine that is both modern and powerful, whilst remaining a great Classic». Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon

Delicate bubbles wrapped in intense salmon pink. Red berry-fruit aromas of ripe redcurrants, cherries and wild strawberries give way to notes of plum. Fresh and full, with a fine finish.
-
Beautiful colour with straw-yellow highlights. Abundant fine bubbles. Intense, pleasant on the nose. Fruity at first, then hawthorn-flowery and slightly musky. Pleasant harmony on the palate, good freshness and liveliness. Lingering fruitiness: apple and pear.

Possesses a lightly aromatic, juicy nose of strawberries with hints of crushed leaves. The palate is dry, light and fruity with a mouthwatering layer of red fruits covering its vivacious, mineral acidity that lends elegance and poise to the long, crisp finish.

Described by F Paul Pacult as: "Bronze/copper/topaz color; ideal purity... nut paste/oak scent..; with further air exposure, the bouquet takes on an orangy/citrusy leaning as the smell turns fruitier the more it aerates; lovely and compelling. The palate entry is supple, fruity sweet, and ripe; the midpalate stage highlights melded flavors of light caramel, marzipan, and nougat. Ends up oaky sweet, lightly spiced, and satiny. Like this cognac very much." Or Malcolm Gluck "This liquid can represent the planet in the cognac, armagnac and malt whisky class. It has the qualities of an elixir."

Deep ruby in the glass with garrigue, violet, and spice notes on the nose. Elegant, clean and pure, it coats the palate with dense, fine tannins and vibrant fruit. A well-proportioned, mature, full-bodied wine, with a long spicy finish.

An opulent and ripe, red wine with flavours of strawberry fruit. Wonderfully expressive and powerful in the mouth it finishes with soft silky tannins and an animal richness so typical of Pinot Noir.
