Taittinger Nocturne is a pale yellow colour with shimmering highlights. The bubbles form a delicate necklace of fine mousse. Its nose is subtle and fresh, suggestive of the delightful aromas of white blossom and ripe fruit, with overtones of yellow peaches and dried apricots. The first impression on the palate is soft and mellow and remains very fresh. It is dominated by flavours reminiscent of raisins and fruit in syrup. The aftertaste is long and soft with an enjoyable and full of flavour sweetness. All in all, a mature, rounded, rich, mellow wine of intense smoothness, tenderness and passion.

The very lightly oaked Escale Pinot Noir is elegant and fruity, displaying all the hallmarks of the Pinot grape with hints of raspberries on the nose and silky tannin structure on the palate.

Crystal clear and bright. Very fine and strong bead. Intense and refined. The aromas range from flowers (honeysuckle) to citrus and white fruit. The overall impression is very fresh. Delicate bubbles wrapped in intense salmon pink. Red berry-fruit aromas of ripe redcurrants, cherries and wild strawberries give way to notes of plum. Fresh and full, with a fine finish.
