    Brilliant in appearance and pale straw in colour with lemon/lime hues. The bouquet is an enticing mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nutmeal, the palate’s fine, creamy texture is supported by toasted vanillin oak. The bright lemon acidity adds a degree of restraint and length to finish the wine.

    A dark crimson red colour of great intensity. The wine jumps from the glass with aromatic black cherry, blueberry and chocolate characters. These characters continue on to the palate with complexing flavours of roasted coffee beans, mulberries and savoury dusty tannins. The palate is rich and mouth filling with seamless oak and well balanced acidity.

The palate is full of fresh citrus, nashi pear and golden delicious apple flavours that give depth and richness. Whilst defined by these rich fruit flavours, the palate is guided by a fine, citrus acidity that adds length and finesse.

    Vibrant green gold in colour with delicate scents of white field flowers, pear drop essence and citrus oils enriched with minerals, nutmeg spice and caramel. The palate has a pliable fruit core of citrus, peach and dried pear is moulded around the fine nut -meal texture and crème brulee richness. The wine is finished with a fresh flint/mineral acidity to balance the ripe fruit.

    The deep and dark ruby colour implies the intensity and richness that is abundantly delivered on bouquet and palate. Full of dense and very ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruits with hints of sweet mint, freshly rubbed savoury herbs, earth and truffle. The fruit power and opulence of the palate is deftly cradled by well integrated ripe fruit, firm acidity and fine oak tannins. A wine of great presence that will age with grace.
