  1. 2010 Riesling, Carrick Winery
    whitewine

    2010 Riesling, Carrick Winery

    (12x75cl)

Aromatically there are orange blossoms, honeysuckle and jasmine. On the palate it's a real citrus fiesta with sweet lemon, limes and mandarins. There is also an element of minerality about the wine with subtle notes of stone fruit and almonds. The sugar acid balance is described as 'off dry' and the finish is clean making this a good aperitif and food wine.

  2. 2011 Pinot Noir, Quartz Reef

    2011 Pinot Noir, Quartz Reef

    (6x75cl)

A complex perfumed nose of dark berries with a pure, compact and densely flavoured palate of ripe forest fruit, herbal notes and earthy spice, followed by textural fine tannins.

  3. 2009 Chardonnay, Carrick Winery

    2009 Chardonnay, Carrick Winery

    (12x75cl)

Tropical fruits along with the cool climate attributes of Central Otago combine to make a truly amazing Chardonnay that could rival anything else in the world. It is a flinty elegant wine with good structure and balance. Barrel fermented in French oak.

  4. 2009 Black Label Chardonnay, Trinity Hill

The characters typical of our Gimblett Road vineyards such as pineapple, grapefruit, fig and pear are evident. Mealy, biscuity barrel ferment and integrated oak characters add complexity. The wine displays the desirable character of elegance with power. This is a powerful wine, but it also shows softness and great balance.

  5. Intense, brilliant golden-yellow/green in colour with aromas of orange blossom, cumquat peel and jasmine. Full, rich and soft on the palate; the exotic and sensual nature of this wine makes it a great substitute for Chardonnay or Pinot Gris. Hard not to drink!

  6. 2011 Black Label Pinot Gris, Yealands

Light gold in colour with concentrated aromas of poached pears and melon, with underlying notes of quince and ginger. A full bodied and luscious palate, showing a fine balance between texture, fruit weight and acidity.

  7. 2012 Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Urlar

This delivers zesty gooseberry, capsicum and lime flavours with a hint of passionfruit. While it remains a distinctively New Zealand sauvignon blanc the palate is full with great weight and length.

  8. 2011 Black Label, Pinot Noir Rosé, Yealands

Light salmon in colour with pretty and delicate notes of red berries and cream. The red berries continue on the palate with great texture and finishes with mouth-watering acidity.

  9. 2011 Black Label Gewurztraminer, Yealands

A bright lemon/gold colour with an aromatic nose with notes of lychee and ginger. It is slightly drier in style than the 2009 vintage, yet elegant with a more refined phenolic structure and fresh acidity on the finish. The lychee and ginger flavours also dominate the palate.

  10. 2012 Sauvignon Blanc, Mansion House Bay

Straw green. Gooseberry, redcurrant and lemon aromas, full and assertive on the nose and palate. Medium to full bodied with vibrant acidity intertwined with crisp fruits. Finishes with a zesty, long finish.
