    This is quintessential Grand Cru Chablis from an outstanding vintage. Intense and elegant on the nose the palate is immensely concentrated and complex with layers of green apple and restrained minerality. The finish is amazingly long.

    Concentrated, ripe and intriguingly complex on the nose. It releases a cocktail of tropical fruits among its toasted hazelnut and fresh bready aromas. It's full bodied too, filling the mouth with bags of melon and pineapple fruit with hints of bananas all underpinned with a stylish grapefruity acidity and a sumptuously silky finish.

  3. 2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchère, Dom J & H Boillot

    Enticing, generous nose showing ripe melon and pears well integrated with judicious, toasty oak. The voluptuous palate is well defined, plump in the middle with a clean, crisp finish. It offers sumptuously ripe pineapple and nectarine fruit with some spicey, vanilla elements and a lovely mouthfeel. A very stylish wine showing the finesse we expect from this legendary vineyard and premium quality producer.

    Santa Ana Brut has an intense green-yellow colour. This refreshing sparkling wine has very fruity aromas such as apple and pineapple and a delicate 'sweet bread' aroma from the yeast. On the palate this wine has a delicate body with fresh stone fruit flavours and a long length.

    A light, golden yellow colour with fine, long-lasting bubbles. The bouquet is lovely and fresh with fruity grape and pear hints mingling with intense notes of bread crust. Fresh and rather powerful on the palate creating a balanced overall impression with a lovely, long-lasting finish; spice bread and fruit flavours.

    Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.

    Aromas of grapefruit, ripe pear and white stone fruit with underlying toast and nuts. The palate is full of juicy fruit, roasted nuts and a creamy complexity lifted by refreshing acidity and a persistent, fruit driven finish.
