    2012 Riesling, Trimbach

    (6x75cl)

Elegant and classic with grapefruit and white peach on the nose fully integrated into a food-friendly structure. The drivers are minerality and a crisp lemony acid backbone leading in to a long finish.

  2. 2011 St Aubin Blanc 1er Cru En Rémilly, Domaine Gilles Bouton

Layers of ripe peach and apple aromas. Chunky fruit on the mid palate leads to crisp lemony acidity on the finish.

  3. 2007 Chablis, Vieilles Vignes Domaine de Vauroux

Selected from the domain's oldest vines this Chablis is deep lemon yellow with a wonderfully developed nose of stewed apples and cream. The wine also has a creamy texture on the palate which is underscored by a typical minerally acidity, and a long clean finish.

  4. 2013 Blanc de Blancs, Vin de France, Le Rouleur

An attractive glossy, pale yellow with crispy, fresh citrus and floral aromas with lively herby apple flavours on the palate. Soft in texture with a persistant finish.

  5. 2010 Knightsbridge Cuvee Merret (Blanc de Noir), Ridgeview

A lovely deep golden colour with a persistent fine stream of bubbles. Expressive red fruit aromas followed by a rich complex palate that is balanced by a mouthwatering freshness. The finish is long lasting and beautifully balanced. Being from only red grapes makes it a very distinctive wine.

  6. 2011 Vouvray Sec, Sylvain Gaudron

Very pale lemon yellow colour. Hints of honey and fresh hay typical of Chenin. Chalky minerality. Backbone of high acidity keeping the wine taut, energetic and fresh.

  7. 2013 Riesling Urstück Trocken, Paulinshof

Light gold colour with hints of green. Spicy aromas of orange peel and bergamot. Dry on the palate with expressive seam of minerality, herbs, gooseberries and rhubarb leading to a long finish.

  8. 2011 Chablis 1er Cru, Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine Louis Michel

Classicaly austere nose of white stone fruit, chalk and minerals. The palate is crisp, dry and medium bodied, with steely acidity and a well defined, elegant palate. The citrus, green apple and pear fruit flavours last well into the deliciously refreshing, lengthy finish.

  9. 2011 Chablis 1er Cru Forets, Domaine Louis Michel

Very mineral nose reminiscent of rain on stones on a hot day. Deliciously lemony fresh acidity, with real Chablis mineral typicity without any hint of austerity. Long.

  10. 2013 Sauvignon Prestige, Domaine Vigné-Lourac

Punchy, fresh gooseberry aromas with a lingering, clean citrus fruit finish.
