  1. Pignoletto Brut Cleto Chiarli NV 6/75

Light wine, slightly aromatic but fruity and easy to drink. Refreshing

  2. Maximum Rose NV Ferrari 6/75

Delicately fragrant, with hints of berry fruits, yeast and a faintly balsamic
    undertone of considerable complexity.

  3. Rose di Pinot Nero Brut NV Ruggeri 6/75

Cherry red with salmon pink highlights and a finely textured, consistent mousse. The nose is fresh, fragrant and inviting, offering light red fruit aromas and hints of biscuity yeast. On the palate the wine is medium bodied and dry, but possessed of a ripe cranberry fruit intensity that balances the bubbles and the crisp finish beautifully.

  4. Prosecco Brut Quartese NV Ruggeri 6/75

Streaked with a persistent perlage of minute bubbles, this is an elegant wine with an appley bouquet on a floral background and a dry, fresh palate with good length and a pleasantly fruity finish.

  5. Typical and elegant. Before tasting, Grappa should be allowed to rest in the glass for some minutes: on exposure to oxygen the perfumes are enhanced and the nose/palate harmony is perfected.

  6. Gewurztraminer SGN 94 Trimbach 12/37.5

Apricots, white peach, lemon, rose and beeswax. A wine with unreal depth and rich, concentrated fruits on the palate. Brilliantly balanced by the zesty acidity with such power and fullness. Decadence in a bottle.

  7. Grappa Lo Chard. 41% NV Nonino 6/70

Lightly amber after a short time spent in barrique, refined and elegant, it has a scent reminiscent of bread, vanilla and pastry. On the palate there are notes of chocolate and newly shelled almonds.

  8. Grappa Il Prosecco 41% NV Nonino 6/70

Soft and floral with notes of almond and green apple which soften to a light aroma of vanilla and chocolate.

  9. Bas-Armagnac 1979 40% Castarede 6/70

The 1979 has a delicate nose with hints of perfume. It has aromas of fruits like peach and prune. It is extremely long in the mouth with lots of fruit character and a hint of spice.

  10. Cognac Tesseron NV Lot 29 XO 40% 6/70

Described by F Paul Pacult as: "Bronze/copper/topaz color; ideal purity... nut paste/oak scent..; with further air exposure, the bouquet takes on an orangy/citrusy leaning as the smell turns fruitier the more it aerates; lovely and compelling. The palate entry is supple, fruity sweet, and ripe; the midpalate stage highlights melded flavors of light caramel, marzipan, and nougat. Ends up oaky sweet, lightly spiced, and satiny. Like this cognac very much." Or Malcolm Gluck "This liquid can represent the planet in the cognac, armagnac and malt whisky class. It has the qualities of an elixir."
