Starting with an aromatic flowery/fruity bouquet and finishing with clean, crisp citrus style fruit, great length and limestone/minerally tones.

    Aromatic on the nose with hints of green apples and Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. On the palate it has good weight of fruit and beautifully balanced acidity that gives the wine a long, fresh, crisp finish.

    Overt gooseberry style Sauvignon flavour mingled with some exotic scents. Immediately appealing, crisp and clean with a good concentration of fruit. Although immediately drinkable the it usually needs about six months in the bottle to lose its initial greenness.
