    NV Taittinger, Nocturne

    (6x75cl)

Taittinger Nocturne is a pale yellow colour with shimmering highlights. The bubbles form a delicate necklace of fine mousse. Its nose is subtle and fresh, suggestive of the delightful aromas of white blossom and ripe fruit, with overtones of yellow peaches and dried apricots. The first impression on the palate is soft and mellow and remains very fresh. It is dominated by flavours reminiscent of raisins and fruit in syrup. The aftertaste is long and soft with an enjoyable and full of flavour sweetness. All in all, a mature, rounded, rich, mellow wine of intense smoothness, tenderness and passion.

  2. 2010 Chateau Bovila Malbec, Cahors

Deep ruby colour with aromas of currants and candied peel. Powerful, but well integrated, tannins, fresh minerality and lively Assam and redcurrant notes. Clean and modern.

  3. 2012 Escale Pinot Noir, Vin de France

The very lightly oaked Escale Pinot Noir is elegant and fruity, displaying all the hallmarks of the Pinot grape with hints of raspberries on the nose and silky tannin structure on the palate.

  4. 2004 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.

    NV Brut Tradition, Gobillard

    (6x75cl)

The Brut Tradition champagne is supple and fruity in taste with supple and harmonious aromas.

  6. NV Brut Nominée, Champagne Jacquart

Rich golden yellow with bronze tints

Layers of aromatic complexity from delicate citrus aromas, to notes of ripe fryuit and fresh brioche. With time in the glass, there are hints of vanilla, toast and elegant mineral notes.

Full, complex flavours of dried apricots and plums, with hints of acaxia flower, honey and speet spice. Very powerful and long.

  7. NV Brut, Laurent Perrier
    champagne

    NV Brut, Laurent Perrier

    (6x75cl)

A strong vivid colour and delicate yet complex nose , indicating a relatively high proportion of black grapes. A mature style of non-vintage champagne with hints of citrus fruit, and a good balanced palate.

  8. 2008 Côte Rôtie, Les Terres Sombres, Domaine Cuilleron

Intensely purple/black in colour, almost opaque. The nose is a concentrated wall of spices, mineral tones and dark berry fruits. Deeply concentrated, tight and seriously well structured, the palate is immense in its breadth and length showing a wealth of blackberry, fruits of the forest and spiced, wooded flavours. The firm finish means you won't forget this one easily.

  9. 2001 Riesling Frédéric Emile SGN, Trimbach

Deep Gold. On the nose there is an almost Gewurztraminer-like brown spice. The palate is round and broad with apple and plum jam, honey and brown spice. The high acidity is well-disguised by the concentrated baked fruit flavours with a mouth feel that refrains from being cloying. Age is likely to reveal so much more.

  10. 2011 Côtes du Rhône Blanc, Domaine de la Janasse

Bone dry with real power. Aromas of peach and apricot, excellent concentration on the palate with vibrant acidity, a full mouthfeel and refreshing acidity on the finish.
