This outstanding wine has a deep ruby red colour and evolved nose of red fruit and spice. Nuits' has a reputation for slightly aggressive tannins but this is not the case here, with wonderfully rounded ripe berry fruit and soft voluptuous tannins. The palate is rich and well balanced, and the finish is extremely long and elegant.

Intense aroma of elderflower, cherry blossom and gooseberry, with hints of sage and mints on the nose.It has a vibrant acidity on the palate with peach and apricot flavours.

This wine displays classic aromas of toast and grilled nuts on the nose. On the palate the wine is minerally, with lovely buttery overtones. Classic white Burgundy.

Rich and spicy on the nose, very harmonious. Well structured on the palate, concentrated, round, well balanced with strong but sweet tannins on a pleasantly bitter background.

Golden yellow with a bright greenish hue. The nose is broad, very intense and fruity, with notes of matured apricot, pineapple, peach, hints of wild mint, sage and nut. On the palate the wine is dry, elegant and smooth, with a lively and well-balanced acidity adding a crispness to the finish.

This delivers zesty gooseberry, capsicum and lime flavours with a hint of passionfruit. While it remains a distinctively New Zealand sauvignon blanc the palate is full with great weight and length.
