  1. Papale Oro Primitivo di Manduria 12 6/75

In the heart of DOP areas – DOP stands for ‘Di Origine Protetta’ referring to a Protected Designation of Origin for quality wines produced in a specified region – the Golden Line of Papale originates from Primitivo grapes carefully selected and manually picked into cases. It is ruby-red-coloured and its taste is round and soft, reminding scents of mixed berries jam. Its good texture identifies with the local territory and its refined elegance is a distinctive feature.

  2. Le Pozzelle 14 Candido 12/75

Bright and coral in colour, rich on the nose, opulent, floral with fine fruit. On the palate it is dry, harmonious, rich and elegant with a pleasantly dry aftertaste.

  3. Primitivo Puglia 13 Botromagno 6/75

The colour is deep ruby red. On the nose the wine shows a delicate scent of berry fruits. The palate is elegant, intense with soft natural tannins (no oak). The alcohol content is distinct but not overpowering.

  4. Salice Salentino Ris 11 Candido 6/75

Robust and rustic with dried fruit (fig/prune) flavours accompanied by a creamy bitter-chocolate character, balanced by moderate acidity and smoky oak, with superb length.

  5. Nero di Troia IGT Murgia Rosso 13 6/75

Almost opaque ruby red with a deeply fruity mulberry aroma and a lovely sweet flavour of blueberries and cream.

  6. Primitivo Salento 14 Boheme 6/75

Rich aromas of plum and black cherry with spicy notes of cracked black pepper. A charming, well balanced wine with a velvety texture and intense black forest and damson fruits.

  7. Cappello di Prete 10 Candido 6/75

Rich and spicy on the nose, very harmonious. Well structured on the palate, concentrated, round, well balanced with strong but sweet tannins on a pleasantly bitter background.

  8. 2014 Gravina Organic Bianco, Botromagno

Straw coloured, clear and bright. The bouquet is both floral and fruity, reminiscent of apple, peach, apricot and pinepple, with an underlying hint of almond. Dry and firm on the palate with tangy acidity; light bodied and elegant.

  9. 2011 Primitivo del Salento, Francesco Candido

This wine possesses a fragrant, attractive nose reminiscent of summer fruit compote and Mediterranean spices. The palate is medium bodied and packed with jammy, baked red and black fruit flavours, soft, well integrated structure and a rounded, dry finish.

  10. 2014 Malvasia del Salento, Vigne & Vini Varvaglione

White wine rich in aromas and flavours with scents of tropical fruit and a touch of vanilla. Balanced and elegant with a dry aromatic finish.
