The palate is medium to full bodied with a stylish balance between dense black fruit flavours, tightly knit fine grained tannin and judicious use of oak. Santa Ana Brut has an intense green-yellow colour. This refreshing sparkling wine has very fruity aromas such as apple and pineapple and a delicate 'sweet bread' aroma from the yeast. On the palate this wine has a delicate body with fresh stone fruit flavours and a long length.

Very typical and elegant aromas of white flowers and roses on the nose layered with citrus notes, and crispy and smooth on the palate.

Bright cherry in colour with hints of orange around the edges, the nose is fresh, aromatic and enticing. On the palate the wine is fruit driven and crisp with a dry finish.

Santa Ana Viognier is packed with tropical aromas of ripe mango, fresh pineapple and ripe stone fruit of peaches and pears. This tropical fruit is followed through onto the palate complimented by a touch of honey. This wine is medium in body with a gentle acidity and long length.
