  1. 2013 Cruz de Piedra Garnacha Rosado, Bodega Virgen de la Sierra

    A medium bodied and dry Rose. Fresh and fruity, concentrated strawberry and raspberry flavours, supported by its structure.

    Pale straw in colour with extremely elegant bubbles and a fine mousse. The palate is fine and elegant with well balanced acidity and a crisp dry finish.

    Aromas of red and blue fruits, ripe plums, morello cherries, and notes of exotic florals and stone-fruits. Rich, lush and juicy wild berry and satsuma plum flavours, with a hint of anise and kirsch. The texture is juicy and lush with layers of velvety tannins and great length.

  4. 2012 Pinot Noir Ribbon Ridge, Omero

    This Pinot is very aromatic and texture driven. It has a spicy dark red fruit and floral nose of candied violets, black plum, fresh earth and sandalwood, with a palate of cassis, dark cherry and baking spices on the long and delicate finish.

  5. 2012 Monprà Nebbiolo/Barbera Langhe Rosso DOC, Conterno Fantino

    Its deep colour is a reminder of the limited yields of the estate, while the richness of the well defined and elegant aromas tell of a perfect microclimate. All the density and extreme warmth on the palate have been perfectly assimilated by the oak and the finish is almost glossy and endless.

  6. 2012 Keyneton Estate Euphonium, Henschke

    Deep crimson in colour. Lifted aromas of spicy sweet plum, blackberry and cassis with hints of cedar and tar. Sweet, rich ripe and lush on the palate with great intensity and structure. Fleshy in texture, the wine has excellent depth and complexity with powdery tannins.

  7. 2014 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc, Domaine Chante Cigale

    Hauntingly fragrant, reminiscent of almond and peach blossom. The palate is a wonderfully smooth, silky textured balance of dried apricot fruit and fresh appley acidity.

  8. 2014 Souson, Ailala Ribeiros Do Avia

    Souson is known for its bracing acidity which is smoothed off here with judicious use of oak – around 4 months in barrel. It’s vividly fruity – with plum skin, blueberry, cherry and raspberry. Incredibly fresh and a great red for the summer.

    Subtly spicy, with ripe red fruit aromas and flavours. Beautifully soft and generous texture with silky-fine tannins and characteristic Southern French 'garrigue' flavours - thyme, rosemary, marjoram and other wild herbs.

  10. 2010 Barolo, Vigna Mosconi DOCG, Conterno Fantino

    A deep garnet ruby red, with a powerful, lingering nose conjuring up fruits of the forest and dog-roses. A dry taste, backed with body.
