Vibrant green gold in colour with delicate scents of white field flowers, pear drop essence and citrus oils enriched with minerals, nutmeg spice and caramel. The palate has a pliable fruit core of citrus, peach and dried pear is moulded around the fine nut -meal texture and crème brulee richness. The wine is finished with a fresh flint/mineral acidity to balance the ripe fruit.
Brilliant in appearance and pale straw in colour with lemon/lime hues. The bouquet is an enticing
mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nutmeal,
the palate’s fine, creamy texture is supported by toasted vanillin oak. The bright lemon acidity
adds a degree of restraint and length to finish the wine.
The wine is bright with a pale straw appearance and green tints. The nose displays a wonderful aromatic drive bursting with fruity esters. It is further complimented by the combination of the riper white peach and melon aromas with the finer citrus characters. The palate is generous and cleansing with rich melon and citrus fruit flavours leading to a fine mid palate and a finish which is clean and long with a crisp acidity.
