The palate is packed with racy minerals, peaches, apples and tropical fruits, nutty, fresh baked bread and buttery oak influenced structure. Balancing, rounded acidity draws out the finish into a persistant length that makes for an addictive combination.

    Pale yellow colour with bright fine bubbles. On the nose it is elegant and fresh and light. Slightly vegetal, it is extremely flowery and has tealeaf aromas. On the palate, this wine is initially harmonious and lively, then fruity with flavours of white peaches, kiwi and mango. On the finish it has great finesse and length.

    Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.
