A single grape, an outstanding vintage. Our Blanc de Blancs is quite simply the combination of exceptional quality Chardonnay in an exceptionally good year.
Sparkling, brilliant straw gold. Very lively with good persistent mousse.
Cherry blossom, vanilla and white pepper migle with the irresistable notes of still-warm brioche.
Fresh and light at first, then an explosion of mouthwatering flavours, with white peaches and citrus notes in abundance. Very long, light elegant finish. -
The nose is gently aromatic, showing crisp notes of greengage and pear, the palate is finely textured with a minerally undertone from the Prensal grape – altogether a fresh, zesty delicate and balanced white.
-
The delicate, aromatic nose is dominated by the citrus family; lemon, grapefruit and lime, with tropical hints, white flower and a mineral note from the Prensal Blanc. The palate is fresh, saline and mineral with good acidity and lots of tangy lemon zing.
-
Elegant and well-balanced, with velvety, well-knit fruit that is redolent of vanilla, acacia honey and freshly-mown hay, combined with attractive floral notes. All of these sensations contribute to an overall flavor of great breed and remarkable persistence.
-
Has a rich, bright, golden yellow hue and an aromatic, complex nose of lime marmalade, guava and melon fruit and toasty oak nuances. The palate is medium to full bodied and rounded, packed with luscious tropical fruit flavours, a delicious mineral streak and well integrated, nutty oak which lends a creamy texture in the mouth. Finishes soft and succulent.

Crisp, lemony and honeyed, our Brut Reserve is everything you need for indulgence or celebration! Made mainly from Chardonnay, it offers plenty of tropical fruit flavours alongside lime and shortbread undertones and well balanced, fine bubbles.

On the nose the aromas are delicate and with a subtle nuances of wood, but there is great underlying depth. On the palate it offers a lively, clean but balanced first impression. It is fine and lean yet displays excellent length. Flavours of candied citrus fruits predominate, but there is a balanced touch of nuttiness.
-
Very fine, subtle oak and vanilla cream with underlying flintiness and fresh ripe-pear fruit. Plenty of richness and body, but this is held in check by a constant thread of minerality running through the middle. Just when you expect the flavours to fade on the finish, they do the opposite and reach a glorious, complex crescendo. Magnificent.

Pale straw in colour with refined aromas of citrus, peach and fig characters, a touch floral with some subtle oak complexity and hints of hazelnut and cream. The palate is focused, intense and finely structured displaying exceptional purity of flavour, fine acidity and length.
-
An elegant bouquet of fresh pears, citrus and white fleshed stone-fruit characters with underlying hints of oatmeal, nougat and roasted almonds. The palate is full bodied offering ample nectarines, pears and zesty lemony flavours. There is a lovely complexity with a creamy texture derived from lees stirring and grilled nuts in the background; the taught mineral structure, bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a dry, persistent fruit finish.
