    Dark ruby-red in colour with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry and violets. The bouquet is an elegant blend of vanilla, chocolate, truffles, cedar and thyme. Showing ripe and velvety soft tannins with a plump structure supported by good acidity that balances the ripe fruit and helps create an elegant and lengthy palate.

On the nose there are wonderful aromas of strawberry, peach juice, watermelon and currant. On the palate this wine is bursting with red berries and currants which linger through on the finish with an added note of spice.

In all, Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a full-flavoured, harmonious champagne distinguished by its immense richness and complexity.

    Bright and pale lemon yellow in the glass with an enticing minerality on the nose followed up with crunchy green apple, camomile and lemons. Fresh attack on the palate leading into a fresh and crisp finish.

    Crimson ruby in colour. Lifted aromas of sweet ripe raspberry, rhubarb and wild black cherry, with spicy sappy hints and cassis. Ripe sweet fruit flavours on the palate with a rich supple velvety texture, excellent depth, length and silky tannins.
