Full bodied and generous, displaying powerful fruit characteristics. Blackcurrants and dark fleshy fruits combine with spicy/vanillin oak characters. The wine is balanced with dense fruit, firm tannins and a lingering finish.

Classic hints of cassis and cedar on the nose. On the palate the tannins are ripe but firm providing a wonderful structure which supports blackcurrant fruit and balanced acidity. The depth and concentration of this wine mark it out as a real classic.

An elegant nose redolent of citrus blossom, followed by a delicate and precise palate showing greengages and honey. A long finish dominated by toasty brioche notes.

Smoky, toasty and pineappley on the nose, shows a palate pleasing breadth of minerals, grapefruit and red apples, some toasty, nutty highlights and a soft, juicy finish.

Made from Chenin Blanc in a typically dry style with hints of pear and quince on the nose. Ripe and juicy on the palate with a strong chalky minerality, lots of fruits layers and balanced by a benchmark freshness.

Made from an equal proportion of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, this cuvee offers aromas of white stoned fruit, brioche and citrus aromas. It is well balanced with a lovely structure and good acidity on the finish.

The very lightly oaked Escale Pinot Noir is elegant and fruity, displaying all the hallmarks of the Pinot grape with hints of raspberries on the nose and silky tannin structure on the palate.

Grecanico is a native Sicilian grape which produces a complex, aromatically defined white wine with lively citrusy fruit character on the nose and the palate, and well balanced, fresh acidity on the finish.

Deep pink raspberry colours with a juicy red aroma. Off-dry on the palate with depth of ripe red fruit flavours and a soft texture.
