Wine
-
"Rosatum", or "Rose Wine", was the name given by the Romans to a wine scented with attar of roses. The minute yields result in a delicately sweet wine characterised by a ripe aroma of roses and silky opulence.
It is bright ruby in colour with a delicate bouquet of roses and red berry fruits; spicy on the palate, smooth and luscious with an opulent sweetness cut by fruity acidity. -
Pale yellow with greenish reflexes; nutty on the nose with a hint of exotic fruits such as mango and honeydew melon overlaying a discreet aroma of oak; full and broad on the palate, the richness cut by firm acidity.
