Made from the Muscat de Alexandria variety, the grapes were harvested ripe and fermentation was stopped at a relatively low 12.5% alcohol, leaving a luxurious mid-palate full of fresh grape flavours and a silky texture of natural residual sugar.

Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of lime and grapefruit core, surrounded by passion fruit notes. Crisp and juicy in the palate, with lime, pear and herbal flavours in delicate balance, with a soft finish.

Red cherry and plum aromas. Filled with currant, ripe plum, cherry, vanilla and blackberry flavours, complemented by sweet ripe tannins.
