Bright straw yellow in colour with persistent aromas of green apples, minerals and fresh baked bread. Good concentration on the palate backed by vibrant acidity, persistant, effervescent bubbles and a clean, balanced, crisp finish.

A deep straw yellow. A gentle, yet positive and persistent bouquet, with a note of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnuts and variegated floral aromas. Dry, elegant and well-balanced. It displays notable personality, with the intense fruity notes that are typical of Chardonnay accompanied by appealing nuances of vanilla and yeast that linger for a long time on the palate.

Formerly known as Prosecco Raboso Rose, this wine is not allowed to present itself with this name any longer, though it still remains a refreshing dry, crisp sparkling rose with cherry drop aromas.

A classic Prosecco with a fine mousse and a fresh green pear character. Soft and pillowy on the palate with a lingering finish.

A medium-bodied, refreshing sparkler that is slightly off-dry, yet finishes dry as a result of the delicate tannins from the Cabernet Franc. On the nose there are wonderful aromas of strawberry, peach juice, watermelon and currant. On the palate this wine is bursting with red berries and currants which linger through on the finish with an added note of spice.

The wine really comes alive on the palate, being dry but with a wonderful crunchy (apple) fruit character and red fruits on the finish. Well made, well-rounded, delicious - too easy to drink too much of it!

A really superb sparkling Loire, dry but not aggressive, produced from Chenin Blanc in the small village of Martigne-Briand, close to the town of Saumur. The wine has a beautifully fragrant English late summer fruits bouquet (apples and pears) and is clean, fresh and lively on the palate, a great alternative to Champagne.

Lively and balanced in the mouth. Full pleasant, crisp, with a well-balanced finish. Delicious!
