    The crisp, fresh nose exhibits sweet, lifted, honeydew aromas with citrus blossom, nectarine, lanolin and some grassy hints. The palate is well structured with ripe citrus and nectarine flavours.

  2. 2012 Coralinga Sauvignon Blanc, Henschke

    Pale green-gold in colour. The vibrant nose shows lifted lemon blossom, gooseberry, melon and grassy aromas. The palate is delicate yet rich with layers of flavours, good balance, and finishing crisp and long.

    A nose of Granny Smith apples with a hint of strawberries and cream. Refreshing, vibrant, moreish on the palate with fruity acidity and biscuity complexity.

  4. 2009 Keyneton Estate Euphonium, Henschke

    Deep crimson in colour. Lifted aromas of spicy sweet plum, blackberry and cassis with hints of cedar and tar. Sweet, rich ripe and lush on the palate with great intensity and structure. Fleshy in texture, the wine has excellent depth and complexity with powdery tannins.

  5. 2011 Deidesheimer Mäushöhle, von Buhl

    Pale lemon yellow with piercing mineral aromas and crisp, ripe fruit on the nose. It is pure on the palate, with no oak and refreshing minerality; it manages to be mouthfilling without a hint of heaviness and has a long finish.

  6. Deep crimson in colour. Lifted and perfumed with violets, cassis, blueberries, plums, blackberries and spice with hints of vanilla and cedar. The palate is supple and shows soft, fleshy, nicely textured fruit with mossy notes and a long finish.

  7. 2009 Abbotts Prayer Merlot Cabernet, Henschke

    Very deep crimson in colour. Sweet, spicy aromas of violets, forest hints, dusty mulberries and blueberries with cedar and fruit cake. A lush, concentrated, sweet ripe palate layered with great texture and fruit flavours; intense and complex. Excellent depth and structure, fine-grained tannins and a very long finish.

  8. 2010 Johann's Garden GMS, Henschke

    Bright crimson in colour. Sweet ripe lifted spicy aromas of cherry plum, raspberry, rhubarb and anise. Hints of spicy nutmeg, clove and mace with smoky cedar nuances. The palate is rich and full with supple layered fleshy texture and ripe sweet plum/prune flavours; concentrated and complex with layers of velvety tannins, good balance, weight and length.

    Beautiful rich aromas of fig, ripe pear and tropical fruits with honeysuckle and nectarine notes. The wine has a round and slightly oily texture with stone-fruit flavours a creamy/leesy complexity, great length and freshness.

    This delivers zesty gooseberry, capsicum and lime flavours with a hint of passionfruit. While it remains a distinctively New Zealand sauvignon blanc the palate is full with great weight and length.
