  1. 2006 Belle Epoque, Perrier Jouët

Magnificent greenish gold in colour with a chrystalline brightness and a strong, intense effervescence with fine and regular bubbles. Highly aromatic and packed with notes of white flowers, honey, lemon, fresh plum and pineapple. The palate confirms the complexity and richness of the bouquet with an initial lively freshness leading into a rounded palate that displays notes of honey, vanilla and short bread right through the long, long finish. Truly inspiring.

  2. NV Grand Brut, Perrier Jouët

    NV Grand Brut, Perrier Jouët

    (6x75cl)

The palate is impetuous yet full, with a cheerful vitality due to its persistent stream of sprightly bubbles. There are rich flavours of brioche, butter and a long dry finish.

  3. NV Brut Mosaïque, Champagne Jacquart

A light, golden yellow colour with fine, long-lasting bubbles. The bouquet is lovely and fresh with fruity grape and pear hints mingling with intense notes of bread crust. Fresh and rather powerful on the palate creating a balanced overall impression with a lovely, long-lasting finish; spice bread and fruit flavours.

  4. NV Brut Nature, Dumont et Fils
    champagne

NV Brut Nature, Dumont et Fils

    (6x75cl)

This Champagne carries a beautiful golden amber colour with warm tones which is so typical to sparkling wines. Aromas of hawthorne, peach and wheat lend to a fresh nose. However the palate is without artifice, both vinous and invigorating, it reveals the mineral nature of the land with a hint of iodine.

  5. NV Taittinger, Brut Réserve
    champagne

    NV Taittinger, Brut Réserve

    (12x37.5cl)

Crisp, citrusy aromas with subtle toasty notes lead to an elegant, balanced palate with a lively, mousse texture and a crisp, flavourful finish.

  6. NV Brut Grande Réserve Premier Cru, Gobillard, Halves

An elegant nose redolent of citrus blossom, followed by a delicate and precise palate showing greengages and honey. A long finish dominated by toasty brioche notes.

  7. 2006 Vintage Brut, Taittinger
    champagne

    2006 Vintage Brut, Taittinger

    (6x75cl)

Pale yellow colour with bright fine bubbles. On the nose it is elegant and fresh and light. Slightly vegetal, it is extremely flowery and has tealeaf aromas. On the palate, this wine is initially harmonious and lively, then fruity with flavours of white peaches, kiwi and mango. On the finish it has great finesse and length.

  8. NV Brut Rosé, Moët et Chandon
    champagne

NV Brut Rosé, Moët et Chandon

    (6x75cl)

Rose petal pink with shades of copper, the nose is aromatic and lively with a youthful expression of wild strawberries. The palate is medium bodied and zesty with a persistent mousse, crisp acidity and a delightful balance between red fruit and citrus flavours. Finishes soft and dry.

  9. NV Special Cuvée, Bollinger
    champagne

    NV Special Cuvée, Bollinger

    (6x75cl)

One of the finest non vintage Champagnes available, always rich, toasty and full bodied, with wonderful concentration and depth of flavour. Many Champagne houses aspire to this style but few succeed as well as Bollinger.

  10. NV Brut Tradition, Dumont et Fils

Pale gold with small fast bubbles which froth up when poured. The nose is insanely fruity with lemons, white peaches and red cherries. In the mouth, power is met with elegance. Pinot Noir-y red fruit hits you first alongside a creamy, briochey note, all of which lies in the palm of zingy, refreshing acidity.
